United States Department of Agriculture

At USDA Headquarters, we provide facility operation, maintenance and repair including minor construction work.

Animal and Plant Health Inspection Service U.S. DEPARTMENT OF AGRICULTURE

At USDA APHIS Potomac Services provides janitorial and HVAC operations and maintenance services.

General Services Administration

The Bureau of Alcohol, Tobacco, Firearms and Explosives

Provided all building management and administrative and technical support for the operations, maintenance, repair, and building alterations. This work included all necessary engineering services, janitorial services, trash removal, recycling services, elevator equipment and systems services, pest control, landscaping, snow removal and any miscellaneous work associated with complete building management repair and alteration.

The Old Post Office Pavilion

We provided facilities management services required for the maintenance and repair of mechanical systems structure, utility, sewage systems, and performed needed repairs, adjustments and replacements of facility equipment and maintain plumbing fixtures, tanks, distributions systems, fire hydrants and fire protection systems.

U.S. Department of the Treasury headquarters

Potomac Services provided custodial services. In addition we  provided ground maintenance including mowing, edging, trimming, pruning, raking leaves and watering the lawns, seasonal flower rotations, new plants, snow removal, flower beds, planters and trees.

Veterans Administration

We provided plant interior maintenance service, including pruning, watering, covering the base of the plant with moss, fertilization of plants on weekly basis and plant replacements and disease preventions techniques.

Arlington National Cemetery

We installed approximately 18 new blooming or seasonal plants 24 times per year in Administration Building. We installed holiday plant material at Visitor Center for Thanksgiving, Christmas, Valentine’s Day and Easter.

NASA

We maintained Cleaning decorative plants, pruning, trimming, and fertilizing of plants. Removing of all brown or yellow tips, replacing of plants.

DC Armory / National Guard

We provided light construction such as drywalls, painting, carpentry, electrical works, plumbing, tile and carpet laying and landscaping.

U.S. Army

We provided light construction such as drywalls, painting, carpentry, electrical works, plumbing, tile and carpet laying and landscaping.

U.S Park Service

At the US Park Service, our work included watering and trimming Spring plants. We maintained the oldest Box wood in the nation! We also maintained Orchid Trees, mulch and put a fence around the plant to protect them from deer.

Court services / Offender Supervision Agency (DC)

Provided (3) CSOSA’s field sites to maintain trees and plants, prune, trim shrubs, hedges, mowing , edging, weeding, mulching, and leaves removal, fertilization, and aeration.

Commercial Clients
